Seven Hill Equestrian Development is an exciting new equestrian facility proposed for Surrey, encompassing approximately 4 acres of land. This development is being spearheaded by a private landowner through a dedicated special purpose vehicle and is designed to feature a paddock, a stable block, and internal stables.

Status (July 2026): The planning appeal was heard on July 7, 2026 (Ref: 2025/1294), with a decision anticipated in Q3–Q4 2026.

Target Start on Site: Q1 2027, pending planning approval.

Target Completion: Q3 2027, with an estimated construction duration of 8–9 months.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES 

RWPC technical consultancy services provide a comprehensive review of concession contracts in accordance with the project scope. We conduct an in-depth technical assessment of the pumping station assets, evaluating their current status in relation to network connection contracts. Our goal is to determine whether the existing system meets contract requirements for both quantity and pressure. Additionally, we recommend effective solutions to address the non-revenue water challenges affecting the entire network servicing the international airport, including the development of a new pumping station and distribution system.

TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE / VALUATION  

IMERYS business valuation focuses on the cement extender for oil well cement (OWC) with pozzolanic activity, highlighting its lightweight and high yield quality. Our industrial facility aims to produce, market, and sell natural pozzolan material, targeting an annual production of 76,000 metric tons.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We conducted a thorough valuation of accumulated depreciation, categorized as a "contra asset," which reflects the reduction in value of fixed assets as they are utilized over their useful life. This process involved collecting data and reviewing both assets and other valuables.

INVESTMENT & TRANSATION SERVICES

 LENDERS TECHNICAL ADVISORY (LTA)           

Lenders Technical Advisor (LTA) for Riyadh Water Production Company (RWPC), we are collaborating with a major bank to supply reverse osmosis (RO) plants with a maximum capacity of 30,000 m³/day. Additionally, we are overseeing the decommissioning of an existing RO plant with a capacity of 25,000 m³/day, alongside a water holding capacity of 75,000 m³/day. Our expertise in PPP due diligence methodology is crucial for lenders and sponsors, as it effectively quantifies risks and accelerates the closure of their deals.
